1. Promoter
The competition is promoted by fabALICE Festival, operated by [insert registered legal entity, ABN and business address] (the Promoter).

2. Competition Period
The competition opens at 12:01am Australian Central Standard Time (ACST) on Friday 23 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm ACST on Saturday 30 January 2027.
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
The following people are not eligible:
Employees, directors and Board members of the Promoter.
People directly involved in the administration, promotion or judging of the competition.
Immediate family members of the above individuals.
Entrants must be able to travel to Alice Springs during the fabALICE Festival from 1–4 April 2027.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Visit the official fabALICE competition entry page at https://fabalice.com/galta/ or access the competition through an authorised promotional QR code.
Complete the online entry form with their full name, email address and other required contact details.
Accept these Terms and Conditions.
Submit their entry before the competition closing date.
Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Submitting multiple entries using different email addresses, false information or other methods may result in disqualification.
Subscribing to the fabALICE marketing database is optional and does not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chance of winning.
5. The Prize
One eligible entrant will win a VIP fabALICE 2027 Festival Experience for Two.
The prize includes:
Accommodation for Two
Accommodation in Alice Springs for two people during the fabALICE Festival, subject to confirmed hotel arrangements.

Room configuration: One room for two adults
VIP fabALICE Festival Tickets for Two
Two VIP tickets or the highest available equivalent ticket category for each eligible official fabALICE event included in the confirmed 2027 festival program.
Tickets provide access to the specified festival events and any VIP benefits expressly included in the relevant ticket category.
Where a particular event does not offer VIP tickets, the prize will include two general admission tickets, subject to the final published prize schedule.
Total Prize Value: AUD $[insert confirmed retail value].
A complete list of included events, ticket categories and their values will be published in the final prize schedule before the competition opens.
6. Prize Exclusions
Unless expressly identified as included, the prize does not cover:
Flights or other travel to and from Alice Springs.
Airport transfers.
Additional accommodation nights.
Meals and beverages not included with event tickets.
Personal expenses, travel insurance and incidental costs.
Tours, third-party experiences or activities outside the confirmed prize schedule.
The winner and their guest are responsible for arranging and funding their own travel to Alice Springs.
7. Prize Conditions
The prize is valid only for the confirmed fabALICE 2027 dates and is subject to the specified accommodation and festival arrangements.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred without the Promoter’s written approval.
The winner and guest must be aged 18 years or over.
All event admissions are subject to venue conditions and applicable laws.
If an included event is cancelled or materially changed, the Promoter will address the affected prize component in accordance with applicable consumer and competition laws.
8. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected by a random electronic draw from all valid entries received during the competition period.
The draw will take place on Monday 1 February 2027 at [insert time] ACST, at [insert physical draw location].
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of winning.
The Promoter will maintain an appropriate record of the draw.
9. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided with their entry within two business days of the draw.
The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize and provide the necessary booking details within 10 business days of notification.
If the prize is not claimed, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed-prize draw in accordance with applicable laws.
The date, time and location of any required unclaimed-prize draw will be specified in the final approved conditions.
10. Winner Announcement
The winner’s name will be published or otherwise made available only to the extent required by applicable trade-promotion laws.
The winner may be invited to participate in promotional photography or publicity, subject to their separate consent.
11. Privacy and Personal Information
The Promoter will collect personal information necessary to administer the competition, verify entries, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize.
Entry information may be processed using monday.com or other authorised service providers acting on behalf of the Promoter.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at [insert privacy policy URL].
Entrants may separately choose to receive fabALICE marketing communications, including information about festival tickets, travel packages and future events.
Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter the competition.
Where consent has been provided, recipients may withdraw it or unsubscribe at any time using the method provided in marketing communications.
Personal information will not be provided to GALTA or third-party marketing partners for their independent marketing purposes without appropriate consent.
12. Invalid Entries
The Promoter may reject entries reasonably determined to be fraudulent, duplicate, incomplete, misleading or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Technical problems outside the Promoter’s reasonable control will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable laws.
13. Changes to the Competition
If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the competition from proceeding as planned, the Promoter may make necessary changes, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approval.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
14. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The competition is subject to applicable Australian state, territory and Commonwealth laws.
